Yes, we offer change back on cash orders; tips are appreciated, but not required. Please let us know in advance if you need change, as our drivers do not carry cash with them.

YES, we need a valid ID upon delivery. Expired ID's are invalid and not acceptable. If you do not have your ID at the time of delivery, you are still responsible for the delivery fee; we will NOT sell you your requested items.

No, Dallas Vape Delivery does not offer refunds or returns. If we were to return items, we would have to charge a delivery fee, defeating the purpose of returning an item.

Any defective products need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. All products are sealed, disabling us from testing products.
